1. My client runs a black-owned beauty supply and needed visibility for her brand and also needed to convert her audience to paying customers.

Creative Process
My major task was to increase engagement and create brand awareness on her Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Tiktok pages.
Here is how I went about solving the problems:
**I engaged with her audience through Instagram stories and stickers.

**Created Saveable Graphics, the Instagram algorithm favors me here as my audience becomes more active.
**Shared valuable information in Carousel Posts
**Included Call to action In most captions.
** I ensured my client's personality was shone through my content creation.
**Hosted an enticing giveaway, did promos, and introduced scarcity and the discount stuff here.
**Introduced a Collab on Instagram and Tiktok Reels
**I always thought about what will Inspire her community while I created content.
**I chose peak times for postings when her audience is most engaged
