About the Company

Dwelling is a SaaS firm based in Texas that assists first-time home buyers in purchasing their first home. Since their startup was founded more than a year ago, the objective was to assist them in copywriting, creating a content strategy for their TikTok and Instagram as well as creating planned content for their socials.

Project Background

This startup company had a hard time understanding SEO for TikTok and IG reels. They were in need of a content strategy that will help jump-start their understanding of TikTok and have content curated so that once they officially launch on TikTok and Instagram with all the information they have curated, they will have a set content plan in place. I then created a content strategy as well as created content for their Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Creative Process

Focus on three KPI metrics for TikTok and Instagram: Increasing followers, engagement, and likes.
Increased the quality of content by working with video producers to create new imagery
Community hashtag research that led to direct sales leads and reposts.
Created custom content for Instagram including photo carousels, videos, and industry and event-specific Instagram Stories.
Created content for the marketing campaign for updated software launch
Market research for niche target audient
Kept the sales team informed of social media strategies to aid them in conversation starters for existing clients.
