This is an aromatherapy company that emphasizes and supports mental health. The objectives for this company are to be their Social Media Manager, create a Social Media strategy for all their platforms, and assist them with a whole company rebrand. This case study is currently ongoing; however, all the information is up-to-date thus far!
This company was in need of a rebrand of everything, from the website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, product photos, video creation, and overall social media strategy. I first asked what the company's aesthetic and brand colors were. She said there was not a specific thing, and it was all multicolored. Further into speaking with the CEO, I had an idea of her goals and aesthetic. I then created a content strategy and planner for her social media accounts.
Focus on three KPI metrics for Instagram and TikTok: increasing followers, engagement, and likes.
Connect with current and possible clients on Instagram to increase followers and post engagement.
Create several posts under community hashtags that lead to direct sales leads and reposts.
Create custom content for all social media platforms, including photo carousels, videos, and industry- and event-specific Instagram Stories.
Create Instagram contests and giveaway posts to assist in the marketing campaign for the new autumn product launch.
Gather direct leads for sales that assist in their monthly quote goals.
Keep the sales team informed of client happenings on social media to aid them in conversation starters for existing clients as well as teach TikTok content creation.
I AM Candle Company had a complete 180 for the social media channels, as well as in their design, packaging, and marketing. Sadly, they are currently no longer in business, nonetheless, below is still some of the work i've done for them!
