I’ve assisted a score or more public corporations, private businesses and start-up ventures craft and share their stories with shareholders, investors and prospects and with analysts, markets and the media. I addressed a breakout session at the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) annual meeting and spoke as guest lecturer about financial communications to a graduate level class at University of Memphis.

is a multi-state, multi-billion-dollar banking company. A thoughtfully planned and well executed communications campaign helped a 100-year-old Mississippi banking company change its name to reflect more accurately the dynamic financial services firm it had become. Activities included: research, strategic planning, branding, creative development, pro-active media relations, marketing planning and execution in markets where name was new and planning and execution of company’s annual report.
Developed, owned and operated 60+ collegiate student housing communities in 20+ states when the 50-year-old privately owned company came public. Afterwards, I assisted C-suite executives with investor presentations, analyst conference calls, quarterly earnings reports, investor day events, script writing for annual shareholder meetings, drafting the shareholder letter and contributing to the annual report.
I assisted Luminetx, the VeinViewer company, and Cagenix, the dental implant innovator, with financial communications, investor presentations and creative content as the companies sought to raise capital.
I served wealth management and financial services firms including, Florida-based Csenge Advisory Group, Mississippi-based Navitas Wealth Advisors and Tennessee-based Radian Partners, LLC, with creative and web content, marketing and media relations, special event planning and promotion.
