This is a living project I’ve been building and growing with my team since August 2025.
It sits at the intersection of business development, brand visibility, and communication - supporting retail expansion, franchise growth, digital and SM refresh, 360° campaigns, and press relations, all moving in the same direction.
The goal is simple, but not easy: to help the brand grow without losing its soul.
Opening new stores, shaping a desirable franchise model, and increasing visibility, while making sure the brand feels coherent, relevant, and genuinely attractive to partners and large clients.
I lead and drive this project in close collaboration with the company’s leadership. From business development decisions to brand direction, social and digital refresh, campaign planning, and press communication, I stay close to both strategy and execution, working hands-on with my team to keep everything aligned and moving.
I keep an ongoing read on how the brand shows up: in stores, online, and in conversation and adjust direction as things evolve.
We stay in touch with partners, media, and collaborators, opening or pausing conversations depending on what the project needs at that moment.
Messaging is shaped and adapted across channels as the work moves forward, keeping things aligned without overworking them.
I follow reactions and results closely and refine along the way, focusing on small, timely changes rather than big resets.
Within the first months, 2 new stores were opened, with 5 additional locations planned for expansion this year. At the same time, marketing efforts are now aligned with business objectives and built to support growth.
