Project
Crescendo is a Canadian, woman-owned, and Black-owned DEI consulting firm. From November 2021 until January 2022, I wrote and edited informative articles for their private client library on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Purpose
Crescendo delivers AI-powered learning and development content to subscribing members in the areas of DEI, Information Security, and Business Ethics. The platform creates personalized microlearning that adapts to each learner’s needs, providing them with relevant content. Their goal is to help both employees and employers thrive in the modern workplace.
Results
I produced several articles on different DEI topics, including how to discuss income in the workplace and how to measure inclusion. My pieces were all included in Crescendo's private client library, and they provided its members with valuable learning and development solutions. Using the tools and insights from these articles, our readers - professionals from a wide variety of fields - could cultivate a better, more rewarding workplace experience.
