A little about me

"Purposeful writing to elevate and push a brand forward."

I am a sports writer-turned-brand writer and have had a little taste of everything since my professional career began. I’m lucky to say my work has been essential for large corporations like Major League Baseball, USA Today, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and, more locally, The Advocate. I'm even luckier to say I've found my passion -- purposeful copywriting to elevate and push a brand forward -- after three years as Power Foods Company's lead branding and integrated marketing executive. We've established a brand, a marketing foothold and strategy and developed a foundation for future growth. Work has given me homes in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana and my career's taken me to ballparks and stadiums across the United States and put Power Foods' snacks on shelves in coffee shops and smoothie bars around the Gulf Coast -- and I'm proud of it all.
