Nigel Hawthorn is an artist, skilled in sculpture, oil paintings, acrylics, etc.
He contacted me asking for the creation of a poster that he could use to tell his customers a little about himself as an artist. Nigel'a work is being showcased at Bucks Art Week 2025, and he wanted the poster to sit alongside his art, giving a brief explanation of Nigel and his art.
02 — Creative process
The poster needed to be brief, to explain who Nigel is as an artist, and what kind of mediums he uses. In order to understand more about who Nigel is, I spoke at length to him, and looked through his website. Nigel also sent me various pieces that he had written for his site, so I could understand the tone needed for the poster.
03 — Results
After one round of edits, Nigel was very pleased with the outcome of the poster, and will be using it alongside his art at Bucks Art Week.
