The purpose of this project was to create the opportunity for users to add co-buyer's income while shopping online. Adding a co-buyer through the modal will adjust the user's terms and potentially show them lower down and monthly payments.
Creative process:
To create this experience I started with a lot of competitor research looking at how other auto dealers incorporate co-buyers in their process. While writing my goal was to incentivize users to interact with the modal to see lower terms. Throughout the process there were many legal considerations that caused us to readjust. I had to work hard to balance the customer experience with the legal considerations.
