Creating a Trade-in Experience

Project objective:

We created an entirely new trade-in experience on DriveTime.com. DriveTime partnered with an industry-leading third party to create a custom i-frame located within the DriveTime site. The biggest goal of this project was to craft a seamless trade-in experience online to keep users on our site shopping after they receive their offer.

Creative process:

I wrote customized copy in the DriveTime voice for every step of the new trade-in experience. I organized a detailed spreadsheet showing all previous copy and the corresponding new copy to be used. Throughout the project I managed strong working relationships with DriveTime's senior UX web designer, as well as our external partner's team members. Additionally, I oversaw our external partner's execution of copy changes throughout the project. To ensure no errors were present in the final product I completed in User Acceptance Testing for over 125 customer experience flows.
