I harnessed the 'add yours' sticker on Instagram to boost engagement on social media during Starship's Winter Appeal in 2022. The theme for the appeal was 'Starship on Call,' highlighting the fact that Starship is on standby 24 hours a day, seven days a week for children across the country.
I started by posting our campaign hero's story and used the 'add yours' sticker to encourage other Starship families to share their experiences. In the first three days over 100 Starship families had participated, adding their stories and pictures to the 'add yours' sticker. We generated further reach by collaborating with local celebrities and influencers who had their own Starship stories who also added to the sticker chain.
