Money20/20 wanted to grow its influence in the industry beyond the show floor. Through original podcast programming, I built an arsenal of content that showcases bold ideas, top voices in fintech, and compelling stories from across the money ecosystem.
I led the full production and marketing strategy for two newly launched shows—Everything is Fintech and The Bank Tellers—and took over creative and promotional leadership for the existing podcast The MoneyPot.
For the new shows, I handled every step of production:
Built brand identities and taglines
Created repeatable episode formats
Briefed and managed guests
Edited and published episodes and promo clips
Coordinated logistics and filming across our global events
A standout moment: I led the production of 9 podcast episodes and 7 backstage interviews in just two weeks at Money20/20 USA, managing an external crew and securing major industry guests. The success of that on-site format has since been rolled out across our global shows.
For The MoneyPot, I refreshed the visual branding and elevated our promotion strategy—aligning it more closely with our evolving content identity.
Launched two original podcast series from scratch and rebranded an existing show for continued growth
Built a live filming format now used across our global event footprint
Developed a winning marketing strategy where podcast clips and promos consistently rank among our highest-performing social content
Drove momentum across all shows, with podcast downloads increasing episode over episode
I created this clip from an interview with the CEO of Navy Federal Credit Union, who mentioned that the organization hasn't laid anyone off in 91 years of existence. The video achieved incredible engagement on LinkedIn, sparking a relevant and timely conversation about reskilling employees and understanding their value.
