B2B SaaS Go-To-Market Strategy

01 — Project details

This project involved developing and executing the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for MetricFlow’s new enterprise-tier analytics platform.

The campaign was built to position the software as a critical operational asset for Fortune 500 decision-makers.

02 — Creative process

The process began with an intensive, two-month deep dive into customer discovery.

During that phase I interviewed 40+ enterprise product managers to map out their deepest pain points, leading to a complete overhaul of our user personas.

From there, I built a multi-channel acquisition playbook targeting LinkedIn, account-based marketing (ABM) emails, and high-tier industry publications.

To bridge the gap between marketing and sales, I collaborated closely with our product design team to create highly targeted landing pages and self-serve interactive product tours. This alignment ensured that a prospect’s journey from seeing their first ad to booking a custom demo felt seamless, intuitive, and entirely focused on ROI metrics.
