With Disney's rampant plan to continue to release live action films, I'd like to remind everyone that there was once a wonderful world where Lily James (The Iron Claw) met Richard Madden (Game of Thrones) in the forest and lived happily ever after.

Not to be lost like a slipper at midnight

This adaptation adds more to the back story for each of the characters, including the evil step mother. As children, I'm sure one remembers her being so cold with her feline companion. Now you are made to understand more of what her true discontent with life was. This evil stepmother not only held hatred for her stepdaughter but hatred for the unfortunate cards that she had been dealt when she expected a full house.

If you enjoyed the additional back story that was added into the Little Mermaid, those character details that gave the characters much more depth, I highly recommend the 2015 version of Disney's Cinderella.
