It fascinates me that emotions greatly influence and, in many cases, even determine customer decisions. As more and more consumers are making choices based on a brand’s mission and vision, telling compelling stories and having a powerful brand narrative is critical. And it just happens that storytelling is my specialty.
I help businesses turn their first-time visitors into potential leads through well-crafted copy. I have my principles and stick to these three basic steps to get the job done right:

I'm rooted in the customer-first philosophy. I start with the customer and work backward to the copy. My experience in start-ups and agencies also helps me build an agile mindset. I know the value of speed, rationale, and results when developing content for clients. On the other side, my corporate experience offers me a better understanding of the business perspective.
My creativity is a combination between literature & technology. I majored in British-American Culture & Literature and earned my certificate in UIUX Design in CoderSchool. I used the technical approach & methods (Design Thinking, MVP, Sprint) to craft my piece to make sure it has a perfect balance between emotion and logic.
