Urban Trans Email Sample (Direct Response)

Project background

This email is part of an email series that sent out 3-5 emails to Atlanta airport employees who needed alternate commute options to get to work.

The option in the email (funded by the city of Atlanta) provides more convenient alternatives to work while also offering prizes and community benefits.

Creative process

The ultimate goal was to drive new users to the app. The usage is free, but airport employees just needed awareness that the app is available to them and ends up being a better solution to the stress of looking/paying for parking every day.

Studies have shown that creating "challenges" gives individuals an emotional connection to a specific cause and increases their likelihood of being diehard supporters for a cause.

The ALS ice bucket challenge is a great example of this.
