Creating strong, sustainable communities requires a holistic approach. Bank of America is a leading lender and advisor on real estate projects that provide affordable places for people to live, work and access vital health and human services.
To increase awareness and generate new partnership opportunities, I conceived and led development of an ad series that appeared in local print and digital publications nationwide, and refreshed the group's Web page.
Unlike previous campaigns that detailed lending solutions and project types, we wanted to make an emotional appeal highlighting the human impact through benefit-focused headlines and vibrant images of people empowered to make a difference. We also created templated versions of the ads that could be quickly customized with local contacts.
