Helping businesses and communities thrive is a core commitment at Bank of America. This client story series spotlights five commercial banking clients and the difference they make in people's lives and communities every day.
Writing feature style vignettes about how clients help others, instead of focusing primarily on the bank's role, added authenticity and emotional appeal.
Working closely with an external agency that produced videos featuring each client, as well as my in-house creative team, I led the writing and development of the campaign landing page and individual features. This included originating copy for Simply Southern and Tradepoint Atlantic, and editing three additional stories and the landing page. We also developed email templates for bankers to share the stories with their business clients.
