With thousands of business owner clients nationwide, BofA's Commercial Banking and Wealth Management leaders saw a valuable opportunity to deepen those relationships together. This first-of-its-kind sales piece presents a holistic view of how BofA helps business owners personally and professionally.
Taking a client centric approach, I highlighted the interconnected priorities of business owners and why they are better served when their personal advisor and client manager work together. Concise, plainspoken copy focuses on client needs and benefits, while the imagery adds human interest and emotional appeal.
Collaborating with my art director, we came up with the idea of a "solutions wheel" infographic that presents a visual snapshot of their full range of priorities. We also developed both a print and digital version of the brochure, with the latter featuring deep links to client case studies and variable fields for customized contact information. The piece was heralded by leaders across the organization and continues to be highly utilized by sales teams after recent branding updates.
