The Fine Print

  • Weekends are included in these rates.

  • If you need the transcript in a time between provided options, please select the option that guarantees that turnaround time.

    Example: Transcript is needed 50 hours from receipt. You will be charged Rush and receive it within 24 hours.

  • Please remember that if you do not provide the transcript at the agreed-upon time, my availability might change or there might be a rate increase. To avoid this, provide it at the agreed-upon time.

  • I proofread, I don’t scope.  If the transcript I receive is not proofread-ready, this could mean a rate increase or a delay in return. To avoid this, please ensure the transcript is proofread-ready.

  • My work is done in iAnnotate and the annotated pages are sent back via email, with yellow highlights (means audio needs a re-listen or a misspelling) and red notes.  If you have a personalized annotation request, please let me know.

Billing

  • Payment is expected within seven days of invoice receipt for new clients.

  • There is a possibility of a late charge if payment is not received on time.

  • I can accept payment via: credit card, debit card, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
