If I'm writing nerdy stuff anyway, I might as well get paid for it.

I spent more time writing fan fiction and roleplaying with my friends as a kid than I ever dreamed would be relevant to my future career. Much to young Lauren's surprise and delight, I found a practical use for that love of storytelling in content and copywriting.

And, with six years of professional experience writing, editing, managing, and strategizing content for magazines, print ads, social media, web sites, blogs, any anything else you can make with words, I have a lot of stories to tell and the skills to make them heard.

Just bring me your business—I’ll bring excitement, creativity, skill, and what some may call a hardheaded refusal to quit trying to get your story into the world.

When I'm not writing for work, I'm probably still writing—anything from poetry to lore for homebrew Dungeons & Dragons campaigns.

When I do drag myself away from writing, you can find me perfecting espresso shots, planning my newest wardrobe aesthetic (is "Synthwave Botanical Garden" anything?), and putting 100+ hours into RPGs.
