A projection wall cycled through multiple rooms to communicate the benefits of a whole-home music system. I worked on the concept and wrote copy for the individual products.
A mirrored wall came to life when customers put a pair of headphones on. I worked on the concept, which highlighted product features animating around the customer's head.
A trial booth allowed customers to enter & experience noise-canceling headphones. Customers scrolled through multiple scenarios with noisy environments while wearing the headphones. I worked on the concept & demo for this.
The in-store dwell time increased by 200% following the grand opening. Shortly after, I joined the research team for a 3-day field study where we observed and intercepted customers to gain insights that we would later use to refine each experience.
