A few years back, my partner and I were tasked with creating a new strategy for product launch videos. The goal was to communicate a product's innovations along with the benefits they bring to customers. We developed an approach that combined product animation with lifestyle footage, and this became the standard for Bose product videos for several years.
With this strategy in place, we set a consistent tone for all our videos. And with a template in place, we streamlined our review and production efforts - creating a more efficient method for producing videos by shooting multiple product videos at once.
