R&D Recruitment/Employer Branding (Mölnlycke Health Care)

Project background

Our R&D team needed new colleagues. So they tapped me (among others) to do a recruitment/employer branding campaign.

Creative process

To promote Mölnlycke as an employer of choice, we drew upon the insight that most people want to know who they'll be working with. So we chose to do this by highlighting our coworkers. For this project, I:

  • Reviewed the source material and coordinated with our videographer and business partner for the films

  • Translated from Swedish to English where necessary

  • Coordinated a shoot for the video-shy

  • Created slideshows+quotes for still images

  • Wrote the captions and scheduled the posts

Team: Caroline Ström (business partner), Perrine Loedel (HR/People business partner), Joel Gustafsson (videographer)

Final results

Not only did our People/HR team fill the positions they needed (and more), interest in these posts spiked and resulted in some of the highest organic CTR on LinkedIn we've had so far.
