Change Has a Female Voice a campaign by UN Women, reclaimed history and ignited a movement, placing Georgian women at the heart of leadership. It unearthed forgotten voices and amplified them into a powerful chorus across time, proving that change has always begun with women. Through this, the campaign aimed to inspire and mobilize women to actively participate in the 2024 elections—carrying forward a legacy of leadership to shape Georgia’s future.
We carefuly sifted through manuscripts, personal letters, and rare historical materials—many of which had never before been accessible to the public and created graphic video that reclaimed the powerful voices of 19th-century Georgian women—amplifying their resistance and illuminating their enduring legacy.
Then we debunked gender biases and stereotypes
