For a decade, I was the driving force behind Milcarsky’s Appliance Centre’s digital and traditional marketing. I built their entire social media presence from the ground up, with the exception of their Facebook page. In 2015, I took over full management of all social channels, transforming the brand’s digital footprint and marketing strategy.
AI Inspired Reel
Milcarsky's owner did not want to show actual employees/customers. So, I used AI to create avatars as replacements.

Smeg is an Italian appliance line that offers visually impactful appliances. This video showcases their distinct appliances.
Delivery Pics Reel
I asked for access to the daily pics sent in by the install team. I then used these pics to create delivery posts and reels.

Milcarsky's owner was OK with the install team being shown, so I went through hundreds of emails to find any of our team.
I became an expert at extracting content from minimal resources. For this video, I took a great internal company email about our delivery team helping a stranded motorist (not a customer) on a busy Monday morning. I created this video and posted it on Facebook and Instagram.
I designed this blog page using Divi to match the templated Main Website. I also wrote all of the blog posts.
This social network was not a focus for the client until recently.
I created their Business Page and shared industry content. But it was the articles and scrollable PDFs that really seemed to stand out and gain the most engagement.
I wanted to position Milcarsky's as more than an appliance store. So, I mixed in some community-focused articles like this one.
Swipeable PDFs perform well on LinkedIn and are an excellent way to mix creative design with informative content.
Print Marketing Designs
Though I was hired for digital marketing, Milcarsky's was in dire need of a cohesive brand presence and marketing materials. I used Canva and Vistaprint to create and print their marketing folder and leave behind tri-fold brochures.
