Creative Endurance

From publishing to startups and now the ad world, Lydia has been writing B2C and B2B copy for 4+ years.

Call her a multi-potentialite or a dreamer (either is correct) because she enjoys most things she tries. In fact, one of her ~beige flags~ is trying to go pro at things she's tried once or twice. This includes rollerblading, snowboarding, playing soccer, arranging flowers, and acrylic painting...just ask her what her plans are for the weekend and you'll know it probably includes that brand new hobby she hopes to take to the next level.

Oh and pickleball. She picked that up during Covid, too. Turns out, being a dropout college soccer player does help with hand-eye coordination.

The Monarch Experience

Every now and then, I'm invited to make a guest appearance as a florist. A skill/talent/art form that I learned from my first job out of college is now used to elevate and bring vibrant colors to otherwise boring spaces.

Lydia is a member of Word Tonic, a global GEN-Z copywriting community where she's able to learn and develop her copy skills in masterclasses with brands like Google + TikTok. Aside from coming to EVERY session and being super involved, she also took part in our monthly copy challenge in May and won it! She also recently helped lead an entire copywriting event for young people looking to break into the industry, sharing tips and tidbits of creative inspiration. She's not only a great copywriter - able to change tones-of-voices fluently - she's also got a great stage presence and is a great team-player (she had to work with 5 other people during the online event!) As a result of her participation at the event, Word Tonic actually gained 10 new members in one day! I highly recommend Lydia for copywriting projects!
