It fascinates me that emotional connections largely drive customer decision-making. The business story makes that connection real. (It’s the story that sells!) It just so happens that storytelling is my specialty.

3. Personalize the experience. (Identify, connect, customize.)
I'm rooted in the agency mindset. I know the value of speed, agility, rationale, and results when developing content for clients. On the other hand, my corporate experience exposed me to the focus, passion, and global mindset found client-side. This is why I earned my MBA. By furthering my business education, I combined my right and left-brain experiences to create tangible, yet invaluable results.
I live in a little town 30 minutes north of Columbus, OH with my husband, David, and my cat, Elsa. As a self-proclaimed inside kind of gal, I enjoy reading and writing—even when I'm not on the clock. If I do venture outside, it's for a walk on the trails near my home or to cheer on David in golf tournaments. (The manicured nature of a golf course is my favorite kind.) On a broader note, traveling is a passion of mine. Any chance to experience a new place, culture, or fine cuisine is automatically added to my personal highlight reel.
