Regularly increased social engagement by upwards of 10x by identifying and jumping on relevant social trends while maintaining the TFD voice. Standout example: identified a relevant TikTok trend (barking at your dog to see their reaction), pitched a ToV-aligned response, and worked with design to post it within 24 hours, resulting in a post that got more than 19x the engagement TFD's Instagram posts typically receive.

Came up with the concept for the Pet Dental Health Month mini-campaign video for Instagram; the video was so popular with followers, the Brand team reformatted and re-released it as a TV ad.

Increased organic traffic to the American Warehouses website by 212 percent from February 2020 to February 2021 by implementing 2x per month blogging cadence + developing 2 downloadable content offers. Additionally went from unranked to #3 on Google for "public warehouse" and tripled monthly qualified lead generation.
