I’m Heather — a communications professional located in Upstate New York. For the last 17 years, I've produced hundreds of projects for education, government, nonprofit, and publishing organizations on contract and in-house positions.

I value a strategic approach to communications that leverages tried and true best practices to support organizational goals. Let's take the guesswork out of communications with nationally-accredited practices that prioritize research, planning and analytics.

A writer and creative at heart with a background in print journalism, my skill set has evolved to include marketing and PR, mass communications, UX/UI, SEO, social media, and events. I can get the job done on my own or working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team.
