I love finding ways to keep players busy - whether it's a creative contest, a competitive league or event, or simply encouraging them to make memes and content!

I find ways to solicit and encourage feedback from players - whether that's setting up a feature request service, running a group of beta testers or influencers through a new feature, or just being present in the community and listening.
