How can I showcase my marketing projects?

The best way to showcase your marketing projects on Copyfolio is by using the Portfolio section. There you can add 3 types of projects: case study pages to explain more complex campaigns, PDF files if you have all the material designed and saved already, and external link for pieces of work published online. For each, Copyfolio will add an aesthetic thumbnail for you —which you can change if you want. You can also use the many sections the editor offers: Instagram feed sections, video galleries, images + text sections with buttons, and more. The only limitation is your creativity.

I work as a freelancer. What should I have on my site?

As a freelance marketer, the most important thing is to let people know that you're indeed a freelancer, and whether you're open to projects. Make sure to also showcase your services, so they know what type of projects you can be hired for. To increase your chances of being chosen for a new projects, add some of your best social media projects, and a few testimonials from previous clients or colleagues.

What sections can I use to build my website?

Copyfolio has dozens of sections for your to choose from. Some come with pre-filled content based on your profession —some are just basic text and image-based ones to start fresh with. You'll also find special sections like the Instagram feed section, client and logo walls, contact forms, quote blocks, and more. There's even a blog section you can add if you're in the mood to write.

What makes Copyfolio quick and easy?

First, setting up your site takes literally less than 5 minutes. You just have to enter your name, choose your goal with the site and profession, then choose your template. You'll get a starter marketer website with 3 pages and custom content to give you ideas on what to add and write. You can just rewrite the sample copy or add new sections and pages too —where we also have lots of handy presets to help you. Designing works with global palettes and presets to save you time and all technical details like responsivity are handled for you. If you have your materials ready to go, you can build a complete marketing portfolio or freelance marketing website in 30 minutes.

Is Copyfolio good for blogging?

Yes, Copyfolio's amazing for blogging. Compared to other blogging platforms, the initial blog setup is way easier here. Getting your starter sites takes two minutes, then you can use an in-line blog section to add and categorize all your posts. The "what you see is what you get" blog post editor is intuitive and easy: you can paste in your work from somewhere else, or write it here with the formatting options you already know and love. Once the text is ready, you can add images and other blocks anywhere in-between. And the best part: unlike in many blogging platforms, you can add image next to the text too, and use other handy blocks like galleries as well.

Can I upload videos?

Yes, you can either embed or upload videos, so you can easily show any video content you created, whether that's a long-form video for YouTube, or short-form, portrait videos for TikTok or Reels.

How can I best display my screenshots?

To display screenshots and make them look good, we recommend using mockups. Click the image twice after you uploaded the screenshot and go over to the "Design" tab in the Edit image window. There you can try mockups you like: you can add the screenshot into a smartphone, laptop, or browser, depending on the image. If the fit is not perfect, you can also crop and adjust it later.
