How can I showcase my UGC projects?
It's easiest to showcase your UGC samples with these sections in Copyfolio:
  • Video gallery: you can upload multiple videos in a row, perfect for showcasing TikToks or Reels.
  • Instagram feed: you can display your live, interactive Instagram feed easily.
  • Image + text: you can add an image or video on one side, and give a little explanation (and maybe also a button) on the other side.
  • Portfolio: you can add a case study page, PDF, or external link with a thubmnail image with just a click. You can use case study pages if you had multiple rounds of collabs with one client, or external links to link to published posts or accounts.

Can I upload videos to Copyfolio?
Yes, you can either embed or upload videos, so you can easily show any video content you created, whether that's a long-form video for YouTube, or short-form, portrait videos for TikTok or Reels.

Can I build my UGC for free?
Yes. You can create a UGC portfolio website with Copyfolio’s Free plan, but you’ll only be able to publish one project. For most published projects, Premium sections, and advanced customization, you’ll have to upgrade to Premium.

What sections can I use to build my website?
Copyfolio has dozens of sections for your to choose from. Some come with pre-filled content based on your profession —some are just basic text and image-based ones to start fresh with. You'll also find special sections like the Instagram feed section, client and logo walls, contact forms, quote blocks, and more. There's even a blog section you can add if you're in the mood to write.

I have multiple IG feeds to display. Can I do that?
Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts to your site. The only requirement is that they all have to be Professional accounts (creator or business) to display them.

I’m trying to land new clients. What should I have on my site?
As a freelance UGC creator, the most important thing is to let people know that you're indeed a freelancer, and whether you're open to projects. Make sure to also showcase your services (photography, types of videos, etc.), so they know what type of projects you can be hired for. To increase your chances of being chosen for a brand collaboration, add some of your best UGC samples, and a few testimonials from other brands you've worked with.

How do mockups work on Copyfolio?
They're super easy. Upload a picture you want to use, then click on it twice. In the Edit image window you'll find a tab called "Design". There you'll see all the available mockups: smartphones, laptops, browsers. Click the one you want to use and we'll add it around your image in a second. If the fit isn't perfect, you can still crop and adjust your picture afterwards.
